It's 0-0 in the 20th minute. Your goalkeeper rolls the ball short to you inside your own penalty area. As you take your first touch, an opposition striker sprints out to press you from your left side, cutting off the pass back to the keeper. Your full-back is tight to the touchline and marked, and your midfield partner is screened behind the striker. Your other centre-back is a few yards infield to your right, with space to turn. You have about two seconds before the presser arrives.
